Berry Ginger Curcumin Smoothie
1 cup coconut water (regular water)
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1/2 Tbs. Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp. minced ginger
1/2 scoop of Incaliving’s Curcumin powder
1/2 Tbs. Honey (sugar substitute)
Place all ingredients into a high powerful blender, blend for 30-45 seconds. Serve with berries on top for decoration and coconut shavings
Chicken Curcumin Soup
1 lb organic chicken breast
1 large onion, diced
3 cups chopped celery (stem only)
2 cups diced carrots
1 Tablespoon Incaliving’s curcumin powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 large zucchini, cut into thin noodles
Fresh parsley, to garnish
Place organic chicken breast, diced onions, chopped celery, and diced carrots in a large pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil; next, lower heat to medium-high and cook until chicken breast is cooked thoroughly (about 30 minutes). Chicken is cooked when the juices run clear when you slice into it.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it cool before shredding it into pieces with two forks.
Add Incaliving’s curcumin powder to the soup, then turn heat down to medium-low. Let it simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are soft.
Add in zucchini noodles and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Divide zucchini noodles and soup into two bowls. Top with shredded chicken and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
Curcumin Lentil and Spinach Stew
1 red onion, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 knob of ginger, minced (I use a large knob)
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Incaliving’s curcumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp curry powder
1 cup green lentils, rinsed
1/2 cup red lentils, rinsed
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
A few large handfuls of spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste
In a pot, sauté red onion in a dash of olive oil over medium heat for a few minutes until softened. Next add Incaliving’s Curcumin Powder, garlic, ginger, and other spices while continuing to sauté the ingredients for a few more minutes.
Add lentils, tomato, coconut milk and water and bring a boil; then lower heat and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes or until green lentils are soft. Add more water to get necessary mixture consistency.
Turn the heat off and add spinach, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with basmati rice, roasted potatoes or naan. Enjoy
Incaliving's Curcumin Mask
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1 scoop of Incaliving’s curcumin powder
1 Tbs of organic Honey
3-4 Tbs of water
Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar, may need to add a bit more water so the consistency is not too loose or too dry. Apply mask with a mask brush or any brush, use gloves to avoid staining. Keep mask for 10 minutes then rinse off with warm water and moisturize with Sacha Inchi oil. Repeat for 7 day in order to see results such as reducing puffiness, clearing skin from acne, balancing red tones, brightening skin.
Pineapple Curcumin smoothie
1 1/2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
1/2 of one fresh pineapple peeled and cored
1/2 large cucumber
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon Incaliving’s curcumin powder
Blend all ingredients until smooth consistency and enjoy!
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Incaliving’s curcumin powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Blend coconut cream and olive oil for about one minute.
Add in the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth
Serve fresh and enjoy!
2 cups milk (almond pecan, coconut, or dairy, or use bone broth in place of the milk for a more hearty tea)
1 tsp Incaliving’s Curcumin Powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
pinch of cayenne pepper optional
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste optional)
Blend on high all ingredients, except pepper, until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Add the pepper, stir to combine. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
